How to make a smoothie taste like cobbler
A few simple ingredients turn a plain peach smoothie into a peach cobbler smoothie. Gluten-free oats and cashews add a rounded, slightly toasty richness while cinnamon and vanilla deliver warm, pie-like notes. A pinch of maca powder deepens the flavor and lends an earthy sweetness that pairs beautifully with ripe peaches.
Start by blending the milk, dates, oats and cashews until very smooth to avoid any grainy texture. Then add the peaches, cauliflower, vanilla, maca, cinnamon and salt and blend again until creamy.

Benefits of this smoothie
This smoothie tastes indulgent but delivers real nutrition. Highlights include:
- Cauliflower: a low-calorie, fiber-rich addition that contributes vitamins and a creamy texture when riced and blended.
- Maca root: a popular smoothie add-in that can add a mild, nutty flavor and is often used to support energy and mood.
- Dried dates: natural sweeteners that provide fiber, minerals and antioxidants while avoiding refined sugars.
Altogether, these ingredients create a balanced smoothie with fiber, plant-based protein and whole-food sweetness that works as breakfast or a satisfying snack.
