On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley and worth including. One of those staples is Beaumont. Today I grabbed a breakfast burrito from there and knew it deserved a mention.

I appreciate Beaumont for many reasons, but the top two are convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front—hiking, skiing, or exploring—their breakfast offerings are an excellent way to fuel up before heading out. I often pick up a burrito on my way into the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. While I enjoy breakfast burritos from various Mexican spots, I’ve sometimes felt weighed down by greasy options when I’m about to be active. Beaumont strikes a better balance.

Beaumont’s burrito is built with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it is the sauce—because the right sauce makes all the difference. Their creamy tomatillo esc dressing adds bright, layered flavor that ties the ingredients together and keeps the burrito from feeling heavy.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than a solid breakfast burrito. Their coffee and pastries are reliable, and their burrata salad is a standout. The space itself is attractive, with a pleasant patio and an aesthetically pleasing interior—great for a relaxed morning when you have time to sit.
A quick note about timing: good food draws a crowd, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends can be busy, with people gathered outside or waiting in line. If you only want coffee and pastries, it’s easy to run in or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit down, expect a possible wait on weekend mornings.
Overall, Beaumont is a dependable breakfast stop—perfect for grabbing something portable before outdoor adventures or enjoying a leisurely brunch when you have the time.
