I love Starbucks’ frozen drinks, and the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is one of my top picks. It tastes like a creamy vanilla ice cream smoothie. While Starbucks can be pricey, this version is simple and inexpensive to make at home. With just four ingredients (one being ice), this copycat recipe comes together quickly and tastes remarkably similar to the iced vanilla bean frappe — and it contains no coffee, so it’s caffeine free.

These vanilla frappes are perfect for hot summer days when you want something cool and refreshing. The drink is silky and rich, with the unmistakable flavor of real vanilla bean.
I like to keep vanilla beans on hand because their flavor far surpasses artificial vanilla. I also use real vanilla beans in several other recipes.
