Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup 10% cream (half and half)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes, cream and sugar to a blender or smoothie machine capable of crushing ice.
  • Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the inner seeds. Add the seeds to the blender.
  • Blend until the ice is fully crushed and the mixture reaches a smooth, slushie consistency.
  • Serve immediately, chilled.
