  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
