- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Slice avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork to your preferred texture—smooth or slightly chunky.
- Fold in the diced onion, tomato, chopped cilantro and minced garlic until evenly combined.
